Our Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy


Our goal here at ROMAN is 100% customer satisfaction, but since every retailer needs a return policy, here’s ours:


If you are not satisfied with a ROMAN purchase or gift, you may return it within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Unused items may be returned in their original condition, with tags, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. ROMAN cannot accept returns after 15 days.


Special Items listed below are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:


  • Sale items
  • Customized orders
  • Altered apparel
  • Gowns
  • Jewelry
  • Scarves
  • Swimwear
  • Shoes
  • Handbags & Clutches

Special Orders will be charged in person and may take up to 4 weeks to deliver. Due to the specialized nature of personalised items and custom orders, returns, changes or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. In most cases, the pieces will be made from scratch and shipped from Istanbul. A full refund will be given if the product is unavailable or cannot be provided.


Gifts can be exchanged for items of equal or greater value or store credit in the form of a gift card within 15 days of purchase, except for the items listed above. Proof of purchase is required to complete an exchange or receive a gift card.


Gift cards cannot be returned for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
