ROMAN offers free ground shipping for all purchases. Orders are that are shipped UPS ground generally take 4-7 business days for delivery. We do not currently offer shipping outside the United States. To track your order, ROMAN will send you an email with the status of your shipment. To estimate the total delivery time, please refer to your tracking number.

ROMAN accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We are unable to accept checks cash or money orders.

Gift cards can be purchased online at at all ROMAN stores. Click here for our store locator. All gift cards can be used in store and online by entering the card information at checkout. To gift a product directly, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message and exclude the price from the order invoice at checkout.

Our goal here at ROMAN is 100% customer satisfaction, but since every retailer needs a return policy, here’s ours:

If you are not satisfied with a ROMAN purchase or gift, you may return it within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Unused items may be returned in their original condition, with all tags still attached, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. ROMAN cannot accept returns after 15 days.

Special Items listed below are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Special Orders will be charged in person and may take up to 4 weeks to deliver. Due to the specialized nature of personalized items and custom orders, returns, changes or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. In most cases, the pieces will be made from scratch and shipped from Istanbul. A full refund will be given if the product is unavailable or cannot be provided.

Gifts can be exchanged for items of equal or greater value or store credit in the form of a gift card within 15 days of purchase, except for the items listed above. Proof of purchase is required to complete an exchange or receive a gift card.

Gift cards cannot be returned for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

How do I become a member?

Becoming a member is free and easy. Sign up for an account or register at checkout and you’ll automatically start earning points.

What are the benefits?

1. Every dollar spent earns you a point. For every 1,000 points you earn, you’ll receive a $75 coupon and $25 will be donated to a women’s empowerment organization of your choice. (We’ll let you choose from a list of our favorites!) You can feel good knowing every purchase you make at ROMAN is a vote for women.
2. $20 off on your birthday -- don’t forget to check your email!
3. Insider access to in-store events and “first to shop” access to new collections. This could be a Turkish coffee tasting or pre-sales for seasonal items, we love surprises.

You don’t need to do anything to unlock your benefits. Members receive periodic emails with coupons and event details. Any coupons you’ve earned will automatically be applied to your online or in-store purchases.
